Introduction:

With the increasing high demand of paper lid and the lid making machine price is high, we decide to make new type of paper lid making machine. This machine is controlled by PLC, so each station is auto implementation by encoder.

The working process: suction paper→paper feeding→ultrasonic sealing→paper tube into mold→round paper into mold→first curling→second curling→paper lid formed and creasing→collection
